I am an AS Media Student from Samuel Ward Sixth Form, and as part of my examination i have to create a blog on my work, the things i have learnt and the improvements in my filming skills from the beginning of the AS year to now. On this blog, I will be showing the codes and conventions of a thriller film, our preliminary task from the beginning of the year, my film planning for my groups thriller opening and the actual final product of our Thriller film opening with an evaluation about it.

Advertising our Survey Monkey questionnaire on Facebook.
We advertised our questionnaire on a popular social networking site called ‘Facebook’ through Teresa’s account. This way, all her friends can see when they go onto Facebook this request and take the questionnaire.
Survey Monkey questionnaire on 'Silence of the Lambs' film.
This questionnaire asked people who took it if they liked the thriller opening of ‘Silence of the Lambs.’ From these results, we received feedback where the most votes on the questions were something we intended to do in our thriller film. This was pleasing because we wanted to make our product similar to the one in ‘Silence of the Lambs,’ and found that our audience liked what they saw, which meant it was likely that they would like our work.
